The description of Минус Куб
Minus Cube is a recreation of the Minus Cube game.
The minus cube is a voluminous mechanical puzzle, which is a variant of the tag puzzle. It was produced in the USSR, one of the options was invented by M. I. Zubryaev. It is a closed transparent plastic cube in which 7 small cubes are enclosed, each of which is assembled from two U-shaped halves of a different color. There is no eighth dice inside, instead there is an empty place on which you can move the dice by turning the puzzle (in this case, by touching the dice). The goal of the puzzle is to rearrange the cubes so that on each side all the faces of the small cubes are painted in the same color.
Two versions of minus cubes were produced - Moscow and Sverdlovsk, which had different colors - white-blue or white-red. They also differed in the orientation of one of the small cubes, because of which for the Moscow version there were 12 times more correct combinations, and Sverdlovsk, therefore, was 12 times more difficult to solve.
