Iristrace - Personalized mobile checklist的描述
Digitize your control processes for higher productivity, better assurance and more effective collaboration across your team.
Create your own forms, checklists, control records, audits and inspections using the Iristrace desktop and make them available to your team directly on their mobile devices. Your team can answer checklists offline and check them back in later when connectivity is available again. Photos, attachments and comments can be added to the questions. Answers are timestamped and recorded.
Discover issues and define action plans for issue remediation. Assign actions to individual team members, optionally with deadlines. Following up has never been easier.
Print reports, score the answers and visualise results as the data comes in. Configuration options in the desktop allow you to control the workflow with statuses and conditions and to set up a scoring scheme. Information can be displayed or hidden depending on conditions and statuses. Checklists can be scored to provide valuable benchmark information.
You will save up to 50% of time in the execution of internal audits, avoid spending long hours transferring the results to a database or creating graphs, and you will obtain clearly ordered results, saving up to 80% in the generation of reports.
There is much more
- Create templates in a few clicks
- Select from 15 different question types
- Divide the work up across units to inspect
- Grant access and permissions to your users
- Track all changes to the answers
- Assign remediation actions
- Work online or offline in your checklists
- Define workflows to automate the sequences
- Verify the time it takes to complete the audits
- Visualise results in a dashboard
- Get better data, faster, for your decisions
Iristrace will help you focus the controls on what really matters in your company.
