What a Big News? NetEase and Blizzard Cancels "Warcraft"-themed Mobile Game? Due to Financial Disputes?

News from Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier: Due to financial disputes, Blizzard and NetEase canceled the unannounced "Warcraft"-themed mobile game project.

Codenamed "Neptune", the MMORPG mobile game is set in the same universe as World of Warcraft, but takes place in an earlier era.

The game was said to have been in development for three years, with more than 100 NetEase developers working on the project before the game was canceled. The project was eventually cancelled due to disputes over the game's financial terms.

This isn't the only Warcraft mobile game that Activision Blizzard has recently canceled. Another Pokémon GO mobile game in development is also reported to have been canceled earlier this year.
