If the timer is turned on, the game will end after the time runs out. If players find a spy, they win. If the spy can determine the location, he wins.

If the timer is off, the game will end after all players ask questions in a circle. After that, there is a vote for the spy, the Player with the highest number of votes must name the location. If it's a spy and he guessed the location, the locals lose, if it's a local, the spies win.
